Ensure your computer, user permissions, and Microsoft Office configuration meet all requirements for installation.
Installation Requirements
AuthorTec must be installed locally on each computer, by someone with full system administrator and:

Software install privileges

Full Control (Read & Write) to all of the Windows Registry keys contained in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software and sub-folders

Read & Write privileges to C:\Users\user.name\App Data and sub-folders
Microsoft Word & PowerPoint Requirements

Word and PowerPoint must be the same version and build as each other
